Booking & prices

You can book directly on our website. Select your preferred apartment, enter your travel dates and complete the booking with your personal details. You'll receive a confirmation by email immediately.

Yes, by booking directly on bevoflats.de you save the platform service fees. We guarantee you the best available price.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

The minimum stay is generally 2 nights. For individual apartments or during peak season, the minimum stay may vary — you'll find the exact requirement on the apartment's detail page.

Yes, during the booking process you can enter a coupon code at the payment step. The discount will be deducted from the total price immediately.

Check-in & check-out

All our apartments have a smart access system. Before your arrival, you'll receive a unique access code by email, allowing you to enter the apartment at any time — no key handover needed.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. On request, we can arrange an early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability.

Luggage storage before check-in or after check-out may be possible in coordination with our cleaning team. Please enquire in advance so we can arrange this for you.

Apartment & amenities

Yes, all apartments come with a kitchen, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. Apartment-specific features such as a dishwasher, oven or balcony can be found on each apartment's detail page.

Yes, all our apartments have high-speed Wi-Fi. You'll find the access details in the apartment after check-in.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in any of our apartments. We want to ensure that all guests can enjoy an allergy-friendly stay.

Of course. Every apartment is professionally cleaned and disinfected before you check in. Fresh bed linen and towels will be ready for you.

Our apartments are in central locations with excellent public transport links. Public parking is available nearby. We do not offer private parking.

Cancellation & changes

You can cancel your booking via the cancellation link in your confirmation email. For cancellations up to 14 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund.

Changes such as date adjustments are possible subject to availability. Simply contact us by email at info@bevoflats.de or by phone — we'll find a solution together.

For cancellations less than 14 days before arrival, the full booking amount is charged. In exceptional circumstances, please contact us — we review each case individually.

Location & getting here

Our apartments are in Kreuzberg (Graefekiez and Mehringdamm), Charlottenburg (near Kurfürstendamm) and Berlin-Mitte (near Potsdamer Platz) — all prime locations with excellent transport links.

From BER airport you can reach our apartments easily by S-Bahn or the FEX (Airport Express) in approximately 30–45 minutes. Alternatively, you can take a taxi or a transfer service.

All our locations are in lively neighbourhoods with numerous cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and attractions within walking distance.
