bevoflats: Charmanter Altbau, zentral in Kreuzberg

Positive: The apartment appears to have previously been a commercial property that was converted into a holiday apartment, yet it has all the charm and atmosphere of a typical Berlin Altbau. Cleanliness and furnishings were excellent. The apartment was in very good condition and not worn out like some other Berlin holiday apartments I have stayed in before. The location is outstanding, directly next to the U-Bahn with fast connections to Alexanderplatz and other parts of the city. Negative: On the downside, the shower curtain was moldy, and we would have appreciated having more towels provided. In addition, the neighbors directly above the apartment were very loud. During our stay, they hosted a loud techno party. I would only partially recommend this apartment if you are traveling with a small child.

Spacious apartment with everything you need. Positive: The location is great, and it was easy to collect the keys. The apartment is very spacious, and has everything you need. The washroom floor is heated, which is really nice in the winter.

Great spacious apartment close to subway, shops $ restaurants. Positive: Spacious, clean, heated bathroom floor, close to subway, shops & restaurants. Negative: Non intuitive heating system. More towels & blankets needed.

Positive: Nos gustó mucho el departamento. Éramos 3 adultos. La ubicación cerca al metro. La zona segura. El departamento amplio, limpio y cómodo. Llegamos antes de la hora check in y tuvieron la gentileza de adelantarlo, lo cual nos hizo la experiencia más agradable. Volveremos sin dudas.
