Ku'damm-Charmanter Berliner Altbau-Nofa Apartments

Positive: Świetna lokalizacja, apartament czysty wszystkie urządzenia na wyposażeniu. Sypialnie bardzo ładne i przestronne. Apartament od strony dziedzińca wiec było naprawdę cicho i spokojnie. Negative: Byliśmy w lutym łazienka choć ładna nie miała ogrzewania więc było w niej zimno, na plus woda pod prysznicem byłam naprawdę ciepła. W kuchni mimo kaloryfera wydawało się być chłodno.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad Positive: Mooie locatie, comfortabele bedden en goed bereikbaar. Negative: Het was enigszins fris in het appartement en de klimaatregeling begrepen we niet helemaal.

Heerlijk appartement op prima locatie Positive: Goede locatie, metrohalte praktisch voor de deur, appmnt ligt aan een rustige binnenplaats, voldoende ruimte, grote keuken van alles voorzien (tot een airfryer aan toe), heerlijke douche, vlotte communicatie met verhuurder, simpele check in/uit. Negative: Mis iets meer ruimte/hangers om kleding op te hangen als je wat langer verblijft.

Perfekte Unterkunft, sehr gute Preis/Leistung. Positive: Extrem geschmackvoll, perfekt super, optimale Lage.

Positive: Good location in West Berlin although not the most vibey neighbourhood - need to walk about 10-15 minutes to get into the heart of the restaurants etc. Clean apartment. Easy to check in/out. Great communication overall. Negative: The apartment felt quite impersonal overall. It’s on the darker side, and the lighting isn’t great — the daylight bulbs that shift to warm white are not ideal and make the space feel dim and office like. The decor wasn’t to our taste (we appreciate that’s subjective), but the combination of tiled floors, poor lighting, and large, chunky bed frames particularly in the second bedroom left very little space to move around and created a rather cold atmosphere. There’s also limited storage throughout the apartment, with almost no space for hanging clothes, especially in the second bedroom. There is hanging space in the long passage but it's not very convenient. The bedroom windows open into a shared courtyard where some businesses operate, which affects privacy. The bathroom felt surprisingly small compared to the rest of the apartment. On a positive note, the kitchen is spacious, though the tall table and chairs add to the impersonal feel rather than making it cozy.
